From there, he honed his skills at the renowned Little America, perfecting his craft. Finally, in 1992, he fulfilled his lifelong dream and opened his very own bakery. With decades of experience and a passion for creating mouthwatering delights, you can trust that every bite at our restaurant is infused with love and expertise. At Avenue Bakery, we are privileged to have Chef Craig Borlik on our team, bringing over 30 years of restaurant and catering experience to the table. With his extensive background in hospitality management and successful ventures like Applebee's and Krispy Kreme, Chef Craig's culinary skills are unmatched. As the former corporate chef for Brick Oven in Provo, he introduced a variety of new dishes to the menu, showcasing his creativity and expertise. Notably, he catered for Robert Redford's private parties at Sundance ski resort for seven consecutive years, including the film Institute, weddings and events of all sizes. When it comes to making your special day unforgettable, Chef Craig will work closely with you to craft a menu that will leave a lasting impression on your guests.

Welcome to our cafe! Our Executive Chef, who spent 10 years at Sundance Resort, has an impressive culinary journey. Starting as a line cook and working his way up to sous chef, he then joined Bon Appetit as an Executive Chef. Later, he became the Chef General Manager for 15 years before moving on to Mimis and Wild Mustang Grill and Bakery. Four years ago, he reunited with Bryan to run this cafe, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. We are thrilled to have him on board, ensuring that every meal here is a delightful experience.

We are thrilled to have a great addition to our team who brings a wealth of experience and a passion for customer service. After dedicating 7 years to teaching at Esthetisc School at Acaydia, she made the decision to join us and run the front of house. Her expertise in managing a bustling environment and her friendly demeanor make her the perfect fit for our restaurant. We are confident that she will provide excellent service and enhance our customers' dining experience.
